Loch Crystallo is a short game that I made for Screamless Jam this year.

It is a fishing game where you must catch each of the 10 fish living in the loch, then get them to sign your journal to prove that you have caught them. Some fish will happily sign your book, others will ask you to answer a riddle before they will help you out.

Whilst waiting for bites, your character will make personal reflections on various topics.

The game is controlled with ARROW Keys and the SPACE Bar.

I really loved this beautiful, thought-provoking game. I think I managed to get 6/10. My rating, however, is 10/10. I had a great time. Thank you for taking the time to write/create this. It was amazing.

I made a video of my playthrough here if you wanna see:

Thanks for making this video I really enjoyed watching it. I'm glad you liked the game :)

I loved this so much!!! its so cozy and nice, the music was great and the whole premise is so unique and fun! oh and the artstyle rocks!!

This is an absolutely gorgeous game, but I think the choices aren't really there properly in some of the riddles/questions. I'm just seeing "???w??" and similar options on quite a few of them.

Thanks so much.

With your comment on the riddles I did that on purpose. The reason I did it this way is so you can’t just figure out the correct answer by picking the most logical option.

I think the nature of the riddles it would be very obvious which is the right answer if it were to say it on screen somewhere in full
