This is a game that satirises the British political system...

it is also the world's first farting ass rhythm game.

I made this game with my old business partner Ash with whom I made the old iOS version of Gravoor and the PlayStation Vita title Jail Break which I am sure people only bought because they mistook it for the exploit lol.

This game marks the first collaboration between us in about a decade now. Back in 2014 we were invited to represent the UK independent gaming scene at the BFI National Media Conference. I doubt they will be inviting us back after seeing this game...

I've had this idea for an ass game for a while now.

The music in this game was composed by HS2. Their real songs do not have farts over them. Check them out at hs2.band!

How to Play

Politics is a Rhythm game.

Position your fingers over the D, F, J and K keys on your keyboard during gameplay. (If using touch controls, use the on-screen keys.) Press the key that corresponds with the indicators that appear on the screen and the beat of the song playing.

Button indicators scroll upwards from the bottom of the screen and pass over a set of stationary receptors near the top.

When the scrolling indicators overlap the stationary ones, press the corresponding key on the keyboard. You will be scored based on your accuracy.

Low Frame Rate Issues?

  1. Turn off Low Power Mode: Playing the game with your device in Low Power mode sets the frame rate to 30. Please turn this off.
  2. Browser Extensions Active?: Unexpected behaviour from browser extensions have been reported to slow the game down. Please turn off these extensions if affected.
  3. Still getting a slow performance?: Please send me a DM with some information so that I can investigate further.

Nice game, butt I hoped to obtain also a score like S, A, B, C, D to see how precise I finished the level. Funny game thought.
